Owner

Right after finishing graduation, me and my friend Tomasz decided to create our own interactive agency. In 2017 we decided to change company's name to Mits (MakeItSmooth). In Mustang Marketing/Mits I am responsible for building applications and websites (mostly PHP/Symfony). I also take care about SEO projects, 3D modelling and animations. In Mits I'm also business analyst / consultant. Beyond that I do every task that business owner should do ;)

Programmer / Web developer

Quite fast I realized that pure PHP is not enough for me. I decided to move to Symfony framework (first 1.4, then > 2.0). That allowed me to offer clients much more flexible, secure and fast applications, which can be perfectly adapted to the expectations.

CTO / Fullstack developer / Partner

Main respnsibilities: backend development, code review, technical architecture planning, communication between business and developers, projects estimations.

Initially I support in two long term PHP projects written in Symfony/Yii framerworks. After 6 months I became technical leader. At the end of 2017 Kerris management included me in 300.codes management - new software house (part of Kerris Group). Since beginning of 2018 I was responsible for development deam and projects coordination.

Graphic Designer

I was responsible for websites design, but also for printable advertisements creation.

Web developer

I was responsible there for bulding applications for Internet journal (www.lublin.com.pl). Moreover I built few social applications. In this job I created my first serious website layout ;) (young polish fashion designers gala "Prowokacje").

Series of courses

Through almost year I participated in series of training which allowed me to better start my business. I was involved in such trainings as:

Marketing and management graduation

My dissertation "Interactive guide of building a company's image on the Internet" received the highest possible grade from University professors. During my studies I got to know management and marketing issues, as well as some C# and VB basics.
